We offer fast and safe international shipping with DHL. For shipping within Sweden, please read the swedish “Köp & Leveransvillkor”. At the moment, we ship to all countries within the EU and Great Britain. We hope to open up our webshop for more countries shortly. The freight charge is SEK 500 for DHL Express deliveries and SEK 300 for DHL Economy Select deliveries. Otherwise, you can always pick up your order at our store in Ekerö free of charge.
A DHL Express order should arrive within 1-2 days, whereas a DHL Economy Select order takes 5-7 working days to arrive. Delivery might take longer depending on pick-up times or sale seasons. Orders placed before 11AM usually ship the same day! If an order is extremely urgent please leave us a note and we will do our best to help!
You will receive a delivery confirmation and tracking number by e-mail as soon as we ship your order
If you do not pick up your order at your service point after receiving a notification, Plain Vanilla has the right to charge you SEK 150.
PAYMENTS - KLARNA

Pay in 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. This payment method is available here:

Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Direct bank transfer:
Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
Card Payments: Available in all countries within EU and Great Britain.. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, COMPLAINTS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Plain Vanilla. If that's not the case, you are welcome to return or exchange within 14 days.
Items must be returned in mint condition and unused with all tags still attached. If If you have purchased shoes, you must return them in the original box. If you choose to return your ordered items in a different package we can charge you for that. This applies for all returns. We cannot accept a return or exchange if there are any perfume, make-up or deodorant stains, so please be careful when you try on the items. Plain Vanilla has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements, or issue a penalty of SEK 150. All returns must be made within 14 days after you have received your order. Usually, we refund your purchase within 14 days. Please note that swimwear, underwear, cosmetics, candy and jewellry cannot be returned due to hygenic reasons.
•For returns from EU, please contact Customer Service ([email protected]) to receive a waybill for return. The return cost will be deducted on your credit.
Please also note - we have had problems with customers claiming to have returned items that we dod not receivve - so we video record all unpacking of returns. Just as a safety for all.
Plain Vanilla owns the rights to the pictures we have taken and they cannot be copied or used without our permission.
Once the complained product has been returned and the complaint has been approved, Plain Vanilla will compensate you in use with current consumer protection legislation. Plain Vanilla strives for this to take place within 30 days after receiving the complaint, but this may take longer depending on the product. Plain Vanilla reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, Plain Vanilla follows guidelines from the General Complaints Board.

GIFT CARDS AND VOUCHERS
If you receive a gift card or voucher from Plain Vanilla, it is valid 1 year from the receiving date if nothing else is agreed or stated. Plain Vanilla Gift Card can not be returned.
In case of Force Majeure, Plain Vanilla´s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and plainvanilla.se, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Plain Vanilla. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. If this unlikely event happens, Plain Vanilla will do its very best to solve all issues in timely manner.
